RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our products (e.g you accept the wrong or defective items) then you can easily return the product within 15 working days from the date of receiving the order to the address mentioned below.

Please report the problem/return to our Customer Service within 3 days after receiving the product, you might be suggested to send the photo of the item you received as well.

Once we have confirmed your return, please send the item(s) to us with our ORIGINAL TAGUNDAMAGED and UN-WORN within 15 days in the SAME CONDITION as it was sent to you.

Product should not be washed or used and all labels should be intact. If the retuned product is having any signs of usage then we request you not to send such products back to us because we won’t be able to refund you cost of the product.


There are no claims on used goods.

 

We do a thorough check of the product before shipment still if the product that you have received is not perfect or having some fault or if you receive some other item then what you have purchased then you just need to send that product back to us. In this case we will refund your amount in the form of Account Transfer/Cheque or will provide you a Coupon of same amount which you can use for your subsequent purchase with us. However if you wish to exchange the product for any other reason apart from the reasons stated above then you will have to bear the complete shipment cost. We will deduct the shipment cost and will refund the remaining amount back to you.
